Originally built in 1916, this 750sf 2 bed/1 bath was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2014 to a 2 bed/2 bath house. The south facade was completely reconstructed to maximize southern glazing and create a strong connection to the outdoor garden space. The black slate floor soaks up the winter sun and is balanced with the white walls and wood trim.
