CARRIAGE HOUSE

Constrained to only the existing shell, this 300 sqft house was renovated as a stand alone lofted studio unit.  The highly efficient design with lofted ceiling gives the feeling of a much larger space while still providing ample storage space.  The 8'-tall outward swing entrance doors allow for a strong connection to the garden area while maximizing useable interior floor space.
