WADDELL GUEST HOUSE

The Waddell's wanted to renovate the turn of the century 375 sqft house at the front of their property into a house for guests.  They were excited to keep the historical shell while creating as spacious an interior and open floor plan as possible. Lofting the ceiling in the public space while creating a loft over the private spaces creates additional space and gives the house a much more open feel.
